In order to make the process of doing business with SWPP as easy and convenient as possible, we?d like to invite you to take advantage of our online file transfer capabilities. In most cases, sending your files digitally will reduce the time it takes to get your project on press. Of course, we also accept in-person delivery or portable media sent via courier service.

SWP recently implemented a new software program, the Kodak InSite Prepress Portal System. Using this state-of-art technology, SWP can now offer its clients fast, secure, easy-to-use web access to their jobs anywhere, anytime. No special hardware or software is needed by the client, just the user ID and password provided by SWP. If you are a current client and would like to use InSite, please contact SWPP Sales. The

The InSite system tracks all of your activity, including job submissions, change requests, and approvals or rejections. Pixel-streaming technology allows very large files to be accessed remotely. The instant a job is submitted, preflight and refining can begin automatically. The system checks for problems, and if necessary, alerts customers and/or the SWP prepress staff, so corrected pages can be quickly uploaded. The InSite Prepress Portal System is a key component to a high-speed automated workflow system with fewer errors and reduced costs.
