Job Summary Provides general office and accounting support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Primary Duties and Responsibilities These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

  • Greet visitors, customers and vendors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting place.
  • Take detailed, clear phone messages and forward to the appropriate person.
  • Various accounting duties including pre-invoicing, handling COD’s, processing credit applications, and other duties assigned by Controller.
  • Input and produce correspondence, memoranda and other materials on word processor or other computer programs.
  • Maintain lists and directories such as the staff telephone list, etc.
  • Excel data input
  • Internet research tasks
  • Keep waiting area supplied with company promotional materials, newsletter, brochure, samples.
  • Sort incoming mail by department and provide collection point for out-going mail.
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • The minimum education required for this position is a High school degree or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, Reliable
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multi-task
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to read, interpret and create simple reports and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
  • This position requires general office, PC/computer, and calculator skills

Indigo Operator - 2nd shift - Part Time

Duties/Job Description Must be able to set up and run a HP Indigo 3550 Color Press.

  • Ensures the quality of the finished product.
  • Review job ticket to ensure conformity to written and verbal instruction.
  • Regularly inspects the finished product to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operates and maintains equipment in a safe and cost effective manner.
  • Minimum education required for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum related experience required for this position is 3 years related experience.
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
Other Information Hours are subject to change at any time. Must be flexible.  Must be available to work overtime. Experienced only need apply
