Inkjet / Inserter Operator

Southwest Precision Printers, LP has an opening for an experienced Inkjet / Inserter Operator.


This position will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting and running our Inkjet and Inserter equipment. 

  • Set up and operate Inkjet and 6 station Inserter
  • Read and follow directions on job ticket
  • Inspect inkjet samples for defects
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Stack mail according to postal regulations
  • Perform minor maintenance to equipment as needed
  • Read and understand postal paper work 


  • Must have minimum 2 -3 year previous Inkjet and Inserter experience
  • Knowledge of USPS postal regulations
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


  • Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Must be able to work overtime


Promotional Products Specialist

Southwest Precision Printers, LP has an excellent opportunity for a Promotional Products Specialist.

The Promotional Products Specialist is a sales support position. This role interacts with sales and our clients to recommend the products clients are attempting to purchase, procure samples and produce estimates for the sales department to present. Additionally this position will promote promotional products sales via email blasts, review of existing business and new business in conjunction with the sales management team.


  • Continually review new products and make suggestions to the salesforce.
  • Create quotations for the sales team.
  • Order samples and track delivery of sales samples.
  • Manage monthly email campaigns on promotional items.
  • Track Products that are most commonly sold and promote these items.
  • Work with sales management to identify clients not purchasing promotional items.
  • Work with sales management to develop new clients with promotional items.
  • Cross train on the purchasing side of the promotional products team.
  • Other assigned duties as directed to support sales.


  • Must have knowledge of promotional products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills


Project Coordinator – CSR

This position will be responsible for the coordination of assigned customers’ print and fulfillment projects.

A Project Manager/CSR forms a critical link between the customer and manufacturing.  They have a direct impact on customer satisfaction because they begin to manager the project as soon as it enters into the system.  Their actions will also directly impact the level of trust between the Salesperson and the customer. 

As a Project Manager/ CSR you will work with an assigned Salesperson to receive new work into the facility. Once an order is entered, you will become the primary contact for the customer and the Salesperson and take on the responsibility for project oversight and completion.  You will ensure that the projects meet all the customer specifications and delivery requirements.  You will always be aware of changes and are accountable for documenting and capturing any additional costs.


  • Primary contact for customers, sales, and production for projects.
  • Enter orders and coordinates job and project requirements with internal and external customers.
  • Provides fast, courteous responses to internal & external customers.
  • Monitors project through as it goes through the facility making sure that it meets the scheduled deadline.
  • Foresees potential problems with projects and diagnoses and resolves these problems in a timely fashion.
  • Keeps all information accurate and up to date in Hagen, tickets, shipping information, dates, etc.
  • Reviews job tickets to ensure complete understanding of projects.


  • Requires at least 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • Background in printing processes and terminology
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong skills in work planning and scheduling and knowledge of those procedures.
  • Ability to take direction from sales team and management staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with time sensitive projects
